CHRISTMAS 2011!

Santa came! Christmas morning we slept in and then ate a really big breakfast. We went to church and then came home and opened gifts at 10:30am.
 Caitlyn and her new shirt!
Brooke's new skirt to wear with her new brown boots!
 Butterfly hat!
 Caitlyn's new phone!
 Brooke's new watch!
Fox hoodies and hats!
After our gifts, we took a nap and then went to Uncle Parley and Aunt Janie Holliday's house for Christmas dinner and to open gifts. Brooke and Uncle Parley made a huge fire! It's a Holliday thang!
Their home was decorated so beautiful for Christmas. My favorite was this light!
Mike enjoyed sitting in the sun room talking to Ed while waiting on everyone!
 Love the Christmas dishes!
We had a Christmas program after the dinner.
 Patiently waiting to open gifts!
Uncle Parley put on some of the wrapping from a gift. He was the walking snowman!
 Caitlyn playing Brooke's guitar!
Merry Christmas! What a great day!

CHRISTMAS CARD & LETTER!

I was lazy this year and didn't mail many Christmas cards, so if you didn't get one, sorry, you can enjoy our blog!

2011 has been a great year for our family. We have truly been blessed!
Brooklyn is 19 years old. She graduated from Maple Mountain High School as an honors graduate and has finished her 1st semester at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. She is a wonderful student and is beginning to apply to Nursing schools. She worked 3 jobs this summer so she could focus on her school work during school.
Caitlyn is 15 years old. She is a sophomore at Maple Mountain High School. She will get her driver’s license in April and Mom can’t wait. She has started riding motorcycles and loves it. She is an awesome rider! Caitlyn still plays the violin and has taught herself to play the piano.
Ann is still employed as the Patient Services Director for the National Kidney Foundation of Utah & Idaho. She loves her job and the people she works with. She enjoys working in her yard and garden, decorating her home and of course, watching football. She went to Mississippi in August to visit her family and surprise her Mom and Dad. We went to the Ole Miss/BYU football game. What a wonderful week!
Mike is still employed at Liberty Press. He didn’t have much luck hunting this year. He still loves to ride motorcycles, go camping and anything outdoors.
We hope you have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
With love,
Mike, Ann, Brooklyn and Caitlyn

Dwayne was our conductor! He did great!

Dwayne punched everyone's ticket as they came. The kids watched the movie and had popcorn and yummy cookies Angela and Judy made. The hot chocolate was very hot but good. What a fun night!
This is the bell all the kids took home with them. It says"This is a real sleigh bell from Santa's sleigh. It is a wonderful reminder of the Spirit of Christmas, as I am. Always remember that the true spirit of Christmas lies in your heart and that anything is possible if you BELIEVE in yourself." Love, Santa!

FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS!

We go to the Festival of Lights every year in Spanish Fork. These were some of our favorite lights!

THANKSGIVING!

Brooklyn and Uncle Parley always have a contest breaking the wish bone at Thanksgiving dinner. Uncle Parley always seems to win!
